This project is a type specimen that I designed for one of my classmate’s typefaces, “lineari.” I used lines as a visual motif throughout the type specimen referencing the use of vertical lines to create each letterform. I experimented with creating patterns using the individual characters as well because the typeface’s creator was originally inspired by string and embroidery patterns.
